Anthony Minoprio

Anthony began his career at IMG in their media research and analysis division.

A JSC employee for ten years, and with over 20 years’ experience in reaching audiences through sport, Anthony sits on the JSC board and consults across all areas of the business and its clients.

Emma Firth

Emma joined JSC in 2023 after a hiatus from working to raise her family.  Her previous role was in the City where she looked after Events and Sponsorship for a major broking house.

Hugo started his career in the pool betting arena at Colossus Bets before moving to JSC in 2015.

Liam Hedgecock

Liam graduated from the University of Sunderland with a first class degree in BA Sports Journalism & joined JSC Comms in 2021. Before he graduated, Liam had accrued a wealth of experience in the Horse Racing industry by working for companies such as Sporting Life, Sky Sports Racing & NE-Bet.

With a keen eye for the latest trends in social media, Liam works on a broad range of accounts as a Digital Account Executive.

Sam Lawrie

Sam started his career working as part of the production team on Channel 4 Racing and Racing UK, before spending 10 years as a Senior Producer at the Racing Post.

Sam’s meticulous and creative work both behind the camera and in the editing suite delivers outstanding video content for clients and the media.

Tessa Champion

George Smyly joined JSC in 2015 after working at Arqana in Deauville.

Jamie Hales

Jay’s passion for racing and horses drove him to first pick up a camera in early 2019, filming at yards whenever his day job permitted!  His natural ability to tell stories through videography was evident from the start and his work can now often be seen on TV and playing out at racetracks on the big screens.

Lucy Swiers

After graduating from Loughborough University, Lucy worked at Sports Marketing Agency Limelight Sports for a number of years.

Following stints at the BHA and Gordon-Watson Bloodstock, Lucy joined JSC in February 2022. Based in Lambourn, Lucy works across a variety of accounts including The Henry Cecil Open Weekend, Howden and Newbury Racecourse.
